New Chinese 35mm underbarrel caseless grenade launcher
It looks like the LG1-I's front loading chamber/barrel and ammo design are based on the Russian GP25 40mm UGL. However, the trigger/switch housing is definitely Chinese design and there's some type of recoil dampening buffer in the quick release mount. The whole thing is made from aluminum alloy with a polymer barrel insulation grip instead of the all steel construction of the Russki GP25/40. The 1.75 pound LG1-I has half the weight of the Russian GP25 and good 40% lighter than the American M203....Timothy Yan
