Looks "coincidentally identical," that's for sure.

The 9K720 Iskander is considered the most advanced battlefield missile. The most interesting aspect is that during its terminal trajectory, it executes a spiraling maneuver. It pulls 20-30g when spiraling down towards its target. The spiraling motion makes it almost impossible to intercept by ABMs.
The M20 may look like the Iskander, but can it perform the same complex terminal maneuver?

It may look vaguely like the Iskander, but I think it's just the terminal stage of the DF-15C.
