China Marine Surveillance Commissions of the day: CMS3015 and 8001

In the last couple months,  China Marine Surveillance commissioned two 1750 ton class cutters to boost its rank:  CMS8001 of Xiamen and CMS3015 of Tianjin (Displacement 1,750 tons, crew 50, range 5,000 nautical miles, length 88.9 meters and width 12.2 meters), both constructed at Guangzhou's HuangPu shipyard.
