Hainan Class FAC "QingYuan" Decommissioned.
Hainan 620 "Qing Yuan" decommissioned from the North Sea Fleet (here) after 32 years of service two days ago. That rust bucket was launched in 1977, commissioned in March 30th 1978 and enjoyed an uneventful career.
