Hawking Plastics II

It seems that the Chinese are also making improvements with their toy business -- those plastics look more refined compare to those from the Eurosatory 2010. They are world's plastic toy leader after all.

The L-15 is a great competitor for the advanced LIFT trainer but why isn't the JL-9 ever put up for export? It would be a hit with poorer countries not only as a trainer but a light attack aircraft or even a cheap fighter, but its never at any of AVIC's foreign shows

maybe saving the JL-9 for China's naval aviators first. :-)

China already has a trainer targeted at that market, the K-8 Karakoram. And it's been a pretty successful product, sales all over the world. Venezuela bought some, and other South American AFs, Pakistan flies a fleet, and many other countries.

It isn't a carrier trainer aircraft like the JL-9 though.
