The term is 'MANPAD' which stands for 'man portable air defense', which this weapon clearly isn't. It may launch the same missile as a MANPAD, but no one is hauling around that gun except on a vehicle. Pity about using Windows XP. I imagine they will switch to the new Linux based Chinese operating system reportedly almost ready for 'prime time'.
