There's a persistent rumor going around that says Russia could take some CV17 style carriers in payment for some the natural gas that will be delivered to China in the future. If Putin doesn't bring the Ukraine back into the Russian orbit, this could be a possibility.

What's the ship parked in front of the carrier? I thought it was a cruise ship, at first, but maybe it's a supply ship?
