Do you REALLY need an ad for state run TV station that has dozens of channels?
Maybe instead of paying for billboards on helis, they can hire a decent spell checker for their foreign language channel. It's so bad it's not even funny.
It's funny that people make comment about CCTV,but the helo is haired by (ChengDu Television)CDTV.
