I think it's the 'J-21' personally but even if it is an L-15... its a new L-15, lengthened, apparently single seat, heavier. This could be the fighter variant of the L-15 everybody has been suggesting for all these years. But I still think its a new fighter though, from the comparison shots between the L-15 and the 'mystery plane' and its surroundings, the 'mystery plane' looks like its about 15 meters long

Take a close look at the radar nose, comparing it to L-15. It might be SAC's J-21.

If you look closely under the cover you can make out chines along the nose. It's certainly not a J-15 and the size is all wrong for a trainer.
The overall shape reminds me of the SAC F-60 model first carried by Flight Global last year.
