Unexpected -- Type 035 Ming class submarine under refit in Guangzhou.
While checking out the new Type054A under construction (13th??) in Guangzhou's Huangpu shipyard.......Surprise! there is a Ming class under refit. Who knows, perhaps they are cleaning it up for Admin Mullen's return visit.
