The mystery of PLAN's new trimaran boat is now solved
Instead of making LockMart richer like their bigger and better US counterpart, they are being utilized as search and rescue assets for the PLAN. Notice low freeboard and zodiacs

My that's a big cannon for a vessel used for search and rescue. :-)
