ZTZ-99As in the last two pictures. I think they're either from a different unit that is conducting joint-training with 21st GA or CCTV is throwing random footage of other units as filler. It's very unlikely that 62nd Brigade will receive the new 99As since they're already pretty well-equipped with 04As and 96As.
