The PLAAF received three IL-78 "Midas" tankers from Ukraine in 2014, however reports of them being in service are rare. One of the few mentions comes from yesterday's Eastern Warzone Command. Of course, the PLAAF now enjoys a new fleet local Y-20U tanker to boost their aerial refueling needs.
