Photos of the new Mine Warfare Drone deployed by the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) have indeed been "surfaced" on Chinese internet platforms, offering a rare glimpse into China’s expanding unmanned naval capabilities. These images confirm that the PLAN is actively evaluating and fielding both Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) and Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs) specifically designed for mine-laying and mine countermeasure (MCM) missions.
