Extending the range and service life of them old 152mm Artillery Systems

The PLA must love its 152mm caliber -- it continues to invest resources into new Base-Bleed (BB) technology to propel it's projectiles to a whopping 28KM, an entire kilometer longer then those tiny 122mm.
