HJ-12 top-attack fire-and-forget anti-tank missile system is in production

The first customer is actually not Chinese military, but an export customer - the Algerian Army. It's probably much cheaper than $80,000-$100,000 per round cost of the American Javelin ATGM in the same class. 

The HJ-12 has a range from 2500m to 4000m depends which seeker it uses. The thermal sight on both the missile and the launcher unit are of the newer un-cooled 2nd or 3nd generation types.
